All aesthetic treatments require a consultation prior to treatment. By booking
an appointment, the client confirms that they are over 18 years of age, will
provide accurate and complete medical history, understand the treatments
being booked and will disclose all relevant health conditions and medications.
Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in treatment being
refused.
SKN-RAY Ltd reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically
appropriate, postpone treatment due to medical reasons, refuse treatment if expectations are unrealistic, or refuse treatment if behaviour is inappropriate
or abusive.
Aesthetic treatments aim to enhance natural features and results vary
between individuals. No treatment outcome can be guaranteed, results depend
on individual response, lifestyle and aftercare. Multiple sessions may be
required and maintenance treatments may be necessary. Before and after
photos will be taken for medical and progress records.
Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. The
clinic reserves the right to request deposits, refuse future bookings if balances
remain outstanding, and adjust pricing at any time. Prices are displayed in
GBP.
Where a deposit is required, deposits are non-refundable, may be transferred
if adequate notice is given, and failure to attend without notice may result in
deposit loss.
While we make every effort to provide a flexible and client-focused service we
cannot operate when clients fail to attend appointments or do not provide
sufficient notice of changes or cancellations.
Once an appointment has been reserved for you, you will forfeit your deposit
if you fail to give at least 72 hours’ notice that you need to change the
date/time of the appointment.
If you fail to give any notice at all that you will not be attending an
appointment (No Show), then 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not provided for
completed treatments, if a client changes their mind, or if expected results
differ from personal preference. If there is a clinical concern, a review
appointment will be offered, however any issue or concern must be raised
with us within 6 weeks of your latest appointment
Clients must follow all aftercare advice. Failure to do so may affect results,
increase the risk of complications and void eligibility for review appointments
All procedures carry risk. By booking the treatment, the client acknowledges
that risks and side effects have been explained, they have had the opportunity
to ask questions, and they understand possible complications. If complications
arise, the clinic must be contacted immediately
All website content including text, images, branding and logos remains the
property of SKN-RAY Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or used without
written permission.
SKN-RAY Ltd maintains appropriate professional indemnity insurance. The
clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, failure to disclose
medical information, or failure to follow aftercare advice. Nothing excludes
liability for negligence causing death or personal injury where it cannot
legally be excluded.
The clinic operates a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive behaviour,
harassment, abusive language and threatening conduct and reserves the right
to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
SKN-RAY Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions and the
current version will always be published on the website.
